Hi, I'm Jessica

When I decided to pursue a career in nutrition, it was out of a need to heal my own body.  I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in the "dark ages" when no one knew what gluten was and nothing was labeled Gluten Free. After being sick for most of my life, I can't tell you the relief I felt and health I gained by changing my diet. No medications, no surgeries or procedures, just a diet change.  I learned firsthand how food can heal the body, and I was inspired to help others do just that.  Working with kids and families has shown me that good health is so much more than vegetables and counting calories. Finding a balance between everyday nutrition and the reality of a balanced life is my passion.  As a busy, working mom I have found ways to make healthy nutritious meals hit the table in the midst of sports, activities and picky eaters.  My low key approach to nutrition allows me to educate you on the best way to nourish your body and to translate that into your daily life. Reach out today to see how I can help you reach your individualized nutrition needs and get you on the road to a lifetime of wellness.

Thank you for the class! The kids had so much fun.  I'm so happy to be getting my daughter more involved in her own food prep.  She's always been a SUPER picky eater with sensory issues.  I was seriously amazed that she ate the food you prepared in class together.  She's been more willing to try new foods because of your class. -KR

With your help I was able to get the weight off I needed to and I think that really put me on the right track to be successful. I’ve lost 60 pounds total.  I feel great – I don’t have diabetes any more and am almost off my high blood pressure medication.  More often than not it’s in a normal range without it.  My doctor is really pleased with the results.  I feel soooo much better.  It’s amazing the difference 60 pounds makes. -MC

I had never been excited about food, and always looked at it as something I had to eat for survival, but now I have a motivation to be creative as I take care of my body. I cannot thank Jess enough for her patience, time, and sincere desire to help and make a difference. Something that seemed afar, was finally in reach thanks to Jess. -BG

Jess is truly the best around. We have done several different programs with her and all have been engaging and educational, not to mention delicious. I love that her focus is on developing a healthy relationship with all foods; providing education on which are the best choices for our bodies but also that it's just fine to include not-so-healthy choices on a limited basis. -JM

Jessica is simply amazing! Knowledgeable, caring and creative!

Highly recommend her in all aspects concerning nutrition and more!! -LS
